Class Schedule

Do yourself and your coach a favor and “SignUp” for all classes you plan on attending.  This will guarantee your spot for that time slot and will allow your trainer to plan accordingly.  We have a soft maximum of 12 athletes per class (we won’t deny anyone).  If for some reason you must attend a class that is full, go ahead and signup on the waitlist and attend.  Athletes who are on the “WaitList” will still have access to that class however space and equipment priority will go to the initial 12 who signed up.  Also, please do not bring a guest to any Monday through Friday classes unless you notify the trainer assigned to that class at least 1 hour prior to the start time.  Thank you!

*Athletes who do not “SignUp” or “Remove” themselves are subject to a 25 Burpee penalty…for each violation.

Great group of athletes! Will make you feel right at home. Location, equipment, coach guidance, workout variation: all A+ I love that membership includes not only the CrossFit program, but also yoga and barre classes.
